He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. W. Hall and Ethel Mize Hall; his former wife Billie Davis Hall; his wife Ethel Willis Hall; and his siblings, Hollis, Willie, LeRoy, Hazel, Clyde, Wilma and Annie Mae.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Brooks (R. M.) and Elsie Robinson; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Moreland (Cindy), Hailey Beardslee, Kaitlin Moreland, Billie Taylor, Michael Taylor (Melissa) and Genia Robinson; his great grandchildren, Sierra Thompson, Christian Thompson, Shane Brooks (Jenny), John Brooks, Nancy Kennedy, Sheena Fellie, Kyle Williamson (Olivia), Zachary Taylor, Zachary Gorski, Cameron Gorski, Kylee Brooks and Rylee Brooks; his great great grandchildren, Taylor Stewart, Dexter Beardslee and Emma Rose Thompson; and his stepchildren, David Willis (Leann), Dan Willis (Barbara), Gilbert Willis, Sandra Downs and Kim Butler (Tim). He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
