It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Jo Hudson (Corinth, Mississippi), who passed away on July 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, E. L. James (Leland) and Verdie May James; and her siblings, Marvin James, Ernest "Cotton" James, David James, Arlin James, Ruth Beasley, Lettie V. Switcher, Dorothy Glidewell, Bid Dildy and Ann James.
She is survived by: her husband Sanford Hudson; her children, William Jason Hudson and Shelby Emerson (John II); her grandson Jason Patrick Wayne Hudson; her sister Doris Austin (Darryl); and her sisters-in-law, Lela James, Betty James and Nyleen Wilbanks.
