She is survived by: her wife Gary Forsythe; her son Gary Forsythe (Crisanne); her grandchildren, Jessica Ortega (Eulojio) of Sandwich and Justin Forsythe; her nephews, Roger Spencer (Irma) of Ft and Danny Crum (Kathy) of Corinth, MS; her niece Colleen Crum Crenshaw of Corinth, MS.; and also, Crisanne Forsythe, Sheridan, Elena, Isaac and Ezra.
