He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Pluguez Ketler; his children, Terry Smith (Anthony), Lynda Geuro and Elmer Ketler, Jr. (Maria); his grandchildren, Sheila, Stephen, Joseph "Jo", Michael, Elmer, Shannon, Evelyn, Alex, Krystal, Candace and Tristan; his great grandchild Landon; and his son Andrew "Bud" Russell.
