He is survived by: his children, James O. Lowrey (Rita) and Pat Oaks (Roy); his grandchildren, Tony Lowrey (Brandy), Shannon Palmer (Bradley), Chass Moore (Jeremy), Scott Hayes, Ashley Blakney, Mark Cleveland and Anita Oaks Headrick (Rob); his great grandchildren, Bryce Palmer, Emmaleigh Palmer, Claudia Lowrey, Kaitland Moore, Adam Moore and Ella Palmer; his half-brother William Eddy Lowrey; and his close friend Addean "Granny" Peters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
