She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jobe and Jewel Russell Jobe; her husband Wayne Carter; and her sons, Timothy Carter and Kenneth Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Dewayne Carter (Pamela) of Munford, AL and Cynthia "Cindy" Shear (Charles); her grandchildren, Christy Hylton, Timothy Gilliland, Sherri Harbin, Sabrina Wolf, Kimberly Perkins, Kaci Lund, Erin Shear and Kaitlyn Shear; her sister Betty Jane Mullins of Ripley, MS; and her sister-in-law Mary Watson of Corinth. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; 3 great, great-grandchildren.
The family encourages anyone to attend but understands those that choose not to due to the current pandemic.
