It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Frances Averett (Corinth, Mississippi), who passed away on May 13, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie "Younk" Wilburn and Gladys Bragg Wilburn; and her husband William Arlin Averett.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Wheeler Grove Baptist Church.
