She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Hivley; her grandchildren, Jamie Weatherbee and John Weatherbee; her parents, James U. Baker and Beatrice Switcher Overton; and the father of her children James Paul Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Moore (Sylvia "Toodles"), Keith Hivley (Lisa), Paula Grimes (Chris), Julia Hatfield (Danny) and Carol Brawner; and her grandchildren, Sara Langston, Brandy McCalister (Scotty), Alex Grimes (Heather), Jay Moore (Brandi), Tyler Moore (Ashley), Randy Jones and Rodney Jones.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - East (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at the Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel (2024 US-72, Corinth, MS 38834).
