He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Vastlik and Frances Strejcek Vastlik; and his brother Rudolph Vaslik, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Katina Vastlik of Corinth; his sister Elenore Zimba (Ed) of Wheaton, IL; his niece Lori Zimba Massaroni; and his nephews, Scott Zimba and Randy Vaslik.
