He was predeceased by: his father Donald Ray Hall, Sr.; and his sister Liz Hall. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Lee Welch Hall; his wife Candy Hall; his children, Jacob Hall, Zach King (Karen Borden), Destiny Holloway and Zhana Ethridge; his grandchildren, Kaethe Zink and Willow King; and his siblings, David Hall (Chris), Crystal Hall and Elaine Jassoy (Heath).
