He is survived by: his wife Lori Porterfield; his children, Angela Andreason (Jeff), Cynthia Millam (David), Rus Porterfield, Danielle McDonald (Brandon), Jordan Porterfield and Landon Porterfield; his stepdaughter Megan Cook; his grandchildren, Brandon Millam (Rachel), Daniel Millam, Craig Andreason (Lauren), Corbin Porterfield, Brandon Jenkins, Marley Cook, Gryffin Cook and Jaxon Jenkins; and his siblings, Charles Porterfield (Rachel) and Barbara Porterfield.
