He is survived by: his wife Jane Tacker Bullock of Bella Vista, Ark; his stepdaughter Angie Coyne (Peter) of Decatur, GA; his children, Anabel and Declan; and his siblings, Phil Bullock (Julie) of Houston, TX and Jenny Hamilton (Ross) of Ft. Walton Beach, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
