He is survived by: his wife Holly Mercer; his mother Peggy Zills; his siblings, Hollis Mercer, Wally Moss, Theresa Mercer, Tina Lambert and Pamela Stanfield; his uncle Lonnie; and his aunt Ruth Bray. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
