She was predeceased by: her husband Tulon Johnson; her parents, Jimmie Hathcock and Mary Lou Hathcock; her brothers, Jimmy Wayne Hathcock and Charles Hathcock; and her brothers-in-law, R. D. Samples, Lain Johnson and Swain Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Johnson (Judy) of Counce, TN and Cindy (Jeff) of Corinth; her grandchildren, Sherra Wadkins (Jerry), Kevin Johnson (Chasity), Karen Johnson and Lew Johnson; her great grandchildren, Annah Kate DeBerry, Shelbi Wadkins, Gage Wadkins and Knoxlee Johnson; her sister Kathryn Samples; her sisters-in-law, Betty Hathcock, Doris Hathcock, Marie Johnson and Della Johnson; and her caregivers, Marilyn Knight, Shelia Crum, Sue Williams and Betty Derrick. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
