She was predeceased by: her parent Harley Bates; and her sister Sandra Crum. She is survived by: her husband Ted Carter; her children, Amy Williams (Jeff), Nikki Smith (Brad) and Jessie Carter; her sister Carolyn Davis; and her grandchildren, Megan Dunn, Kallie Beth Durham, Will Carter and Drake Williams. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
