He is survived by: his wife Lynda Phelps Rinehart; his children, Tina Moss (Keven) of Corinth, Randy Rinehart of Austin, TX and Michelle Rinehart of Arlington, TN; his grandson Weston Moss; his great grandchild Kimber Moss; and his sisters, Sarah Hamlin and Diane Lucken.
