He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Turner Holt and Lorene Guynes Holt; and his siblings, Grady Holt, Dan Holt, Benny Holt, John Holt, Christine Roth and Maxine Burcham.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Williams Holt; his children, Randy E. Holt (Susan), Lanny C. Holt and Tammy Holt; his grandchildren, Aidan Holt, Michaela Holt and Carleigh Holt; and his children, Hospital Foundation, Pledge Donate and Le Bonheur.
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or La Bonheur Children's Hospital.
