She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Sloan and Emily Pearl Barnes Sloan; her husband Harold Floyd; her sons, Tony and Ricky Moody; her grandchildren, Stevie Willis, Timothy Morrow and Carly Meeks Koehler; and her brothers, Sherman Sloan, Dan Sloan and David Sloan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Morrow, Kathy Moody and Sherri Smith (Rick); her grandchildren, James Morrow (Andrea), Derek Meeks (Morgan), Brandon Moody (Amy), Tyler Smith (Adrianna), Nisa King Casey (Justin), Denise Gray (William), Tamatha Willis, Trina Crum (Johnny), Alyson Fite (Zack) and Cole Floyd (Erin); her sister Connie Jones (Ronald); her stepchildren, Diane Voyles and Lance Floyd (Mary Jane); and her daughter-in-law Deb Moody. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Magnolia Funeral Home - South (741 US-45, Corinth, MS 38834). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at the Magnolia Funeral Home – South Chapel (741 US-45, Corinth, MS 38834).
