He is survived by: his mother Barbara Foust Herring; his wife Dawn Williams Hawkins; his children, Dectony Thompson (Timothy), Necole Ramey (Jake), Katlyn Hawkins (Alexis), Lindsey Hawkins (Eric Merchant), Bryan Earl Hawkins, Jr., Sarah Hawkins and Michael Dwayne Foust; his grandchildren, Kamron, Jaylon, Christian, Timothy, Skylar, Keylee, Nevaeh, Grayson, Bryce, Conner and Cheyenne; his sisters, Lisa Lambert (Brad) and Amber Ellett (Michael); and his parents-in-law, Joe David and Januita "Nita" Williams.
