She was predeceased by: her husband Dewitt Howell; her brother Charles Cooper; and her parents-in-law, Frank and Lila Howell. She is survived by: her son Marshall Howell (Lucretia); her grandchildren, Jon Howell and Hollie Pennington; her great grandchildren, Kayla Maynor (Jackson), Kodee Howell, Callie Howell, Samuel Grant Pennington and Shephard Howell Pennington; and her siblings, Gloria Mears (William), Gary Cooper (Gerry) and Phillip Cooper (Barbara).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a private family service will be held Friday, April 17, 2020 at 11:00 am at Memorial Funeral Home.
Family request memorials to be made to Pine Vale Children's Home and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
