He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Cythe "Dude" and Dora Burcham Rogers; his wife Elaine J Rogers; his daughter Leslie Blythe Rogers; and his siblings, Jim Rogers, Clifford Rogers, Bobby Rogers, Pauline Hendrix, Dollie Hutson, Mary June Lowery, Jane Bascomb and JoAnne Becht.

He is survived by: his children, Billy R Rogers, Jr. of Olive Branch, MS, Valli Rogers Stone (Robert) of Corinth, MS and Christian Keir Rogers of Cordova, TN; his grandchildren, Rebecca L Rogers, Christian H Stone (Marlie), Cythe K Stone and Gabrielle B Rogers; and his sister Sue Harville.
