She was predeceased by: her parents, James Allen and Molly Gay Marlar Reynolds; her former husband Thomas; and her siblings, Floyd Reynolds, William Charles "Dub" Reynolds, Christie Green Reynolds, Opal Lancaster and Ottie Brock.

She is survived by: her husband Clifford Gephart; her children, Tommy Cole (Isabella), Amy Sisson (Mike), Tracy Pudder (Allen), Yvonne Gherlich (John), Teresa Flippen (Mark), Karen Woody (Wesley) and Christine Creal (Ray); and her nieces and nephews, Brenda Owens, Karen Earwood (Ray), Steve Reynolds (Gloria) and Phil Reynolds (Monte). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
