She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester L. Phillips and Lila Mae Moore Phillips; her sisters, Lila Phillips Gould (Sam) and Becky Phillips Rogers; her parents-in-law, Fred, Bertha and Nell Tull; and her brothers-in-law, Ray Tull (Joyce) and Jimmy Lott.
She is survived by: her husband Sam Tull; her sons, Sammy Tull, Jr. (Rebecca), Fred Tull (Tanya) and Michael Tull; her grandchildren, Trey Tull (Maria), Tyler Tull (Breanne), Lee Tull (Kristin), Josh Tull, Alex Tull (Alexis) and Brittany White (Jarrod); her sister-in-law Dorothy Lott; and her caregivers, Mavis Easley, Jackie Burt, Kim Taylor and Wanda Carper. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Research Hospital or the American Lung Association .
