He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Seltzer; his children, Ricky Seltzer, Charles "Chuck" Seltzer, Terri Lynn Dillard and Rebecca Tull (Sam); his sister Glenda Haw (Tong); and his grandchildren, Matthew Seltzer, Nikki Seltzer, Kesha Dunnigan (Joe), Bridget Seltzer, Tessa Leggett, Layla Leggett, Dakota Dillard, Trey Tull (Maria) and Tyler Tull (Breanne). He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
