She is survived by: her mother Rebecca Hutson Nichols; her fiancé Dewayne Spencer; her children, Alexanderia Ashley Tullis, John Michael Tullis of Corinth, Cody Lynn of Walnut, Cory Wayne of Walnut and Dustin Chance Spencer of Walnut; and her grandchildren, Kayleigh Jade, Lillian Kate, Emma Kay, McKinna Grace, Kinsley Paige, Rylan Wayne, Hayden Leigh and Levi Chance.
