He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Hall and Mildred Hall; his former wife Betty Powell Hall; his daughter Andrea Hall; and his granddaughter Tailta Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Banks Hall of Clay City; and his children, Joseph Hall (Shawnetta) of Owensboro and Melissa Adams (Jason) of Winchester. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
