He was predeceased by: his parents, Amel Norman Sr. and Lois Pruitt Norman; his sisters, Dorothy Picheloupe and Lonetta Smith; and his granddaughter Alanah Rutherford.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Norman; his daughters, Pamela Rutherford and Victoria Waldrop (Ethan); his son-in-law Donald Stubenrauch; his grandchildren, Nicholas Stubenrauch, Rebecca Stubenrauch, Jacob Stubenrauch, Bethany-Ann Waldrop and Alexandria Waldrop; his great grandchildren, Mason, Avery, Grayson and Aysia; and his sister Linda Learned. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
