He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Sadler Dalton Sr. and Mary Elma Coleman Dalton; and his daughter Laurie Mae Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Sherril Gray Dalton of Corinth; his sons, Alva Sadler Dalton III (Wanda) of Florence, AL and Terry F. Dalton (Sherry) of Corinth; his grandchildren, Terry "TJ" F. Dalton Jr. (Britney), Whitney Dalton Butler (Brad), Anna Haze Dalton Torres (Refugio) and Allyson Dalton Johnson (Jacob); and his brother Dr. Lonnie Coleman Dalton (Joyce) of Stone Mountain, GA. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 masks and social distancing are requested by the family.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Gaines Chapel United Methodist Church.
