He was predeceased by: his former wife Faye Hillman; his parents, Erbie Hillman and Verna Hillman; and his siblings, Junious Hillman, Rachel Duran, Hazel McLemore, Winnie Stevenson and Frances Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hillman; his children, Lavelle Hillman, Marty Hillman (Wendy) and Miranda Hillman (Marty Williamson); his grandchildren, Mark Hillman (Morgan), Billy Ray Kennedy and Anna Claire Upton; his sister Wilma Fitch (Sammy) of Gulfport; and his stepchildren, Pam Hillman (Iran) and Allen Tune. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A burial was held on Sunday, September 1st 2024 at 4:30 PM at the Reid Chapel Church of God (2417 MS-492, Conehatta, MS 39057).
