He was predeceased by: his former wife Bonnie Blackburn; his parents, Pat Blackburn and Thelma Blackburn Holladay; and his brothers, Bobby (Becky), Harold (Janie) and Jimmy Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Susie Blackburn; his brother Larry Blackburn (Jo); his sister-in-law Carol Blackburn; his sons, Norman, Tim (Felicia), Drew (Kat), Tab (Delaine), Ronnie Cook and James Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Bruton (Shawn), Kelli Blackburn, Chasity Bounds, Curt Blackburn (Kristin), Lee Blackburn (Abby), Cole Blackburn, Caleb Blackburn (Beth), Kyle Blackburn (Olivia) and Justin Blackburn (Allison). He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
