He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Palmer; his parents, Lee Palmer and Christine Palmer; and his sister Chris Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Bradley of Como, MS; and his siblings, Donna L. Palmer, Dorothy Jean Satcher, Robin Glenn, David Palmer (Ramona) and Larry Palmer.
