He is survived by: his wife Lynn Russell Simmerman of Como; his son Frank Russell Simmerman of Oxford; his siblings, Linda Kelly Flores (Dan) of Como and Robert Earl Simmerman (Cammie) of Sardis; his nieces, Randi Austin and Lindsey Katherine Simmerman; his nephew Robert Ethan Simmerman; and his granddaughter Hailey Anne Simmerman.
