He was predeceased by: his brother Donald Ray Smith of Wentzville, MO; and his children, Melinda Gay Smith, Regina Ann Smith Wiegand and Michael Wayne Smith. He is survived by: his wife Martha Smith of Como, MS; his daughters, Debra Rose (Steven) of Muskogee, OK and Lynn Lowery (Nathan) of Wentzville, MO; his grandchildren, Chad Rose (Chynthia), Jason Rose (Charity), Ashley Rose, Nathan Daniel Rose, Jenifer Kelly (John) and Jonathan Wiegand (Stormy); and his great grandchildren, Ivy Lowery, Henry Rose, Josephine Kelly and Jack Kelly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
