It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Jean Shook of Como, Mississippi, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Gooley and Dorothy Gooley; her husband Joseph Shook; and her son Billy Reed. She is survived by: her daughter Annie Hill. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild on the way; 6 sisters; and 2 brothers.
