Cowans; his son Omari Williams (Tonya); his grandchildren, Omari Williams Jr. and DeAsia Williams; and his siblings, John L. Cowans (Callie), Alvin Cowans (Lucile), Derrick L. Cowans, Rosie Davis (Willie C.), Laurinda J. Cowans and Kessler M. Cowans. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
