He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Taylor and Irene Taylor; his wife Betty Williams Taylor; his siblings, Edgar Taylor, Jr., Robert Taylor, Lavelle Massey, Myrtis Bailey, Thelma Grantham and Virginia Coleman; his grandson Nick Taylor; and his great grandchild Clay Taylor.
He is survived by: his son Larry Taylor (Debbie); his grandson Chris Taylor (Amanda); and his great grandchild Madison Taylor.
