She is survived by: her husband Scott Embry; her children, Morgan Flanagan, Sierra Green, Vision Embry and Brighton Embry; her mother Debbie Hale; her grandmother Carol Vaillancourt; her uncles, Dwayne Vaillancourt and David Vaillancourt; and her aunt Lisa John.
