He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Earl Knight; and his brother Thomas Scott Knight. He is survived by: his mother Betty Joyce Dixon Knight; his wife Candace Hood Knight; his sister Vanessa Hicks (Joe); his nieces and nephews, Steven Todd Hicks (Haley), Michael Hood, Nikki Hood and Kristen Hood (Brandon Weir); his great-nephew Oliver Hicks; his great-nieces, Anna Grace Hicks and Davina Hood; and his in-law Mike.
