She was predeceased by: her husband JC Tousley; her parents, Mosey Miles Perkins and Virginia "Virgie" Susan Perkins; her brother-in-law Casey Blackburn; and her nephew Steven Blackburn.
She is survived by: her children, JudithAnn Donelson (Bill) of Nashville, Tennessee, Susan Woelkers (Greg) of Nashville, Tennessee and Roger Clayton Tousley (Teresa) of Columbus; her grandson David Austin Tousley (Larissa) of Columbus; her great grandchild Theodore Lane Tousley; her sister Catherine Blackburn of Columbus; her niece Mellynne Dickason (Joe) of Columbus; and her great-nieces, Waverly and Kalee Dickason.
