She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Nash and Henrietta Nash; her children, Diane Whitfield and Jesse Barry; and her siblings, Agusta Clay, Viedella Hairston, Louela Williams, Willie Hugh Nash and Selma Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ann Giles (Willie), Van Lewis Whitfield (Rhonda) of Chicago, Margaret Ruth Jones, Adam Charles Whitfield (Willie), Willie Carl Bradford (Lora), Henrietta Johnson (Frank) of Columbus, Cheryl Laverne Clark (Isreal) of Tupelo and Derrick Lamont Nash (Carol) of Columbus. She is also survived by thirty four grandchildren; thirty-six great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
