We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2024, at the age of 67, Mike Cooper of Columbus, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mike departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mike. Though Mike may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cooper and Juanita Cooper; and his brother Bo Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Kate Terrell Stone Cooper; his children, James Breckenridge Cooper (Katie) and Christen Cooper; and his sister Janice Cooper Beard.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances can be made in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
