He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carlton King, Sr. and Evelyn Mildred Dukes King; his son Steven Scott King; and his siblings, James C. King, Jr., Albert E. King, Virginia E. Mintz and Rodney W. King.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo King; his daughter Kathy Good (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Katelyn Peters (Nick), Mary Katherine Saint (Nate), Haley Overby (Jared) and Steven Good (Celia); and his great grandchildren, Caleb Saint, Noah Saint, Eden Saint, Raelynn Overby, Andrew Peters and Lincoln Peters.
