He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Miles and Mamie Glaze Miles; his children, Katrina Scallin and Ken Miles; his siblings, Ralph Miles, Pete Miles, Harvey Lenzie Miles, Lydia Mae Miles and Sleetie Miles; his grandchildren, Jeremy Miles, Brandi Riner, Chris Riner, Aaron and Jessica; his great grandchild Tyler Miles; and his children-in-law, Mark Dobbs and Sally Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Miles of Columbus; his children, Steve Miles of Ethelsville, AL and Sharon Dollarhide (Louis) of Columbus; his sister Melzie Christal of Loves Park, IL.; and his children-in-law, Karen Miles of Loves Park, IL. and Joe Scallin of Byron, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren.
