She was predeceased by: her husband Neal S. Van Valkenburg. She is survived by: her children, Neala Weber (Jeffrey), Angela Atkins (Karey), Carla Formel (Michael) and Neal A. Van Valkenburg (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Cassie Atkins Hester, Taylor Atkins, Vonnie Formel Moody, Rachael Formel, Tyler Weber, Kalyn Weber and Jenna Van Valkenburg. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
