James Wiley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Edward Bailey and Mary Lou Sheppeard Bailey; and his brother Ben Bailey. He is survived by: his sons, James Wiley Bailey, Jr. (Gene) and Michael Duane Bailey (Debbie); his wife Mildred Bailey; his sister Mary Jane Cox (Ernie); his grandchildren, Tina Inzer (Josh), Kalyn Fuller (Bryan) and James Bailey; and his great grandchildren, Anniston Alice, Anslee, Copper, Wes, Scarlett and Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lowndes Funeral Home (1131 Lehmberg Rd, Columbus, MS 39702). A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the North Ms Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
