He was predeceased by: his parents, Ester Froman and Herbert Alvin Leonard Holzhauer. He is survived by: his wife Celeta Wesley Holzhauer; his daughter Sandra Nicole Holzhauer, MD (Ryan Feeny) of Rifle; his grandchildren, Hanna Feeny, Clara Feeny and William Feeny; his son Dr. Hunter Holzhauer (Mikael); his grandchildren, Carr, Nora Kate, Rhine and Bo Holzhauer of Sale Creek, TN; his daughter Ashley Holzhauer Beck (Brian); his granddaughter Adeline Beck of San Diego, CA; his son Harrison Holzhauer (Kat); his grandchildren, River and Noah Holzhauer of Hermitage, TN.; his siblings, Alvin Holzhauer (Norma) and Sandra Holzhauer of Gillett, AR; his nephews, Jared, Grant and Brady; his brother-in-law Michael Wesley (Laura); his niece Kensley Wesley; and his aunt Jilda Hulsey.
