He is survived by: his wife Doris Martin Holtman; his children, Missy Holtman and Marty Holtman (Diane); his grandchildren, Joseph Lambert, Rachel Lambert Queen, Emily Holtman Sprouse and Jacob Holtman; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Queen and Magnolia Sprouse; and his siblings, Joyce Courter, Marie Boyle and Roger Holtman.
