She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry B. Forgason and Eunice Amanda Holifield Forgason; and her brother Leroy Forgason. She is survived by: her children, Debbie Page (Tim), Diana Mordecai (Ricky), Darlene McDaniel (Buddy) and Ricky Gentry (Amanda); and her great great grandchildren, Shane Kesler, Jordan Mordecai, Carter Cox, Brian Boswell and Bubba Gentry. She is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren.
