He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Matt Jacobsen (Kellie) and Niki Torres (Patrick); his grandchildren, Maya, Charis, Zain and Story; his sister Reba Triplett (Bob); his nieces, Gina Fremont (Cory) and Jill Kinberg (Johan); his wife's children, Anna and Kyle VanNoy; and also, Kenneth, Janiece Moore, Greg Moore, Sonia Chastang (Chris) and Christi Franks (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a multitude of loyal friends.
