She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hartwell and Louise Whitman Loftis; and her husband Charles Craddock "Charlie" Boyd. She is survived by: her children, Andy Boyd (Sherry) of Columbus, MS, Mary Katherine Dowdle of Starkville, MS and Libba Boyd Andrews (Andy) of Starkville, MS; and her grandchildren, Lee Boyd (Allison), Russ Boyd (Jessica), Landon Boyd (Ashley), Joshua Dowdle (Lesley) and Maggie Dowdle. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory (716 2nd Ave N, Columbus, MS 39701). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Cemetery.
